Nozawa Onsen’s spacious, modern and luxury kakure-yado hidden inn. Residence Yasushi features Kakegenashi onsen fed from the Shinyu spring, exclusively “kashikiri” for private use! On arrival and during the stay, communication and service were top-notch and way beyond excellence. The room was very clean and beautiful with a huge TV, and the bed was super spacious and comfortable. The room was serviced daily with the change of sheets every 3 days. The onsen facilities were excellent. There is simply nothing to fault about this place and I would give it more than a 10!

The rooms are very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff are all kind and polite. The bath could be used for private use and was super relaxing. The breakfast was also very good. It was really comfortable. Thank you very much. I will stay again!
