Front Desk duties are:
- Respond to guest inquiries in an efficient and courteous manner,
- Handle check-ins, check-outs and reservations in a friendly and enthusiastic way,
- Consistently complete detail-oriented work in a timely manner,
- Answer the phone and reply to emails,
- Snow shovelling when the weather decide
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- Fluent/Business level in English and Japanese required,
- Previous experiences in the Tourism industry or Hospitality Diploma is a plus,
- Be a hard worker but also fun, innovative and willing to learn,
- A punctual individual with a high standard of personal hygiene,
- Attention to detail
